She is passionate about helping individuals navigate mental health and substance use challenges through compassionate, evidence-based, and person-centered care. Her clinical approach emphasizes building trust, fostering resilience, and empowering patients to achieve meaningful recovery and lasting wellness.
Beyond her professional role, Meredith enjoys volunteering with unsheltered members of the community, playing pickleball, and spending quality time with her family. She is committed to serving others with compassion, integrity, and a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of those she encounters.
